Client Service Director

The Centennial Group, LLC (www.gocentennial.com) seeks to hire a Client Service Director to oversee and manage all aspects of the Account Management team in providing the highest quality of services to our clients. This role requires a strategic, self directed individual who excels working in a fast paced growing organization.

  • Function as a manager and strategic advisor to Account Managers on building and enhancing client relationships to ensure successful relationships with all The Centennial Group clients and achieving the Company’s high level client retention goals.
  • Develop and implement client service strategies and methodologies to enhance The Centennial Group service offerings and improve overall account management efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Track and review status of Client Services program and deliverables and reinforce best account practices on an ongoing basis. Identify barriers/gaps and opportunities to improve and develop new best practices to meet the growing needs of the organization.
  • Build strong, long term relationships with key client contacts, targeted customers and vendors.
  • Develop and implement individual and group training objectives and materials to meet targeted training goals. Act as a coach and mentor who leads by example.
  • Promote and foster a positive, interactive and productive working environment.

Qualifications

  • 8 – 10 years of relevant experience with 3 – 5 years in a Client Services Manager or Director level role. Prior experience working with an emerging growth company a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Demonstrated management, leadership and teamwork skills in a customer-focused team environment with a proven track record in motivating, retaining and creating a high performance team.
  • Strong presence, with the ability to be diplomatic and create confidence and trust from team members, clients and vendors.
  • Track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; high-energy; capable of influencing and guiding people and processes across the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of professionals in the achievement of business goals in a dynamic, multi-functional management structure in a corporate environment.
